التفسير العلمي الأكثر دقة لهذه الظاهرة ربما يرجع إلى شذوذ الذاكرة حينما تعطي مشاعر خاطئة تقول للمخ بأننا عشنا هذا الموقف من قبل لكننا لا نستطيع تذكر تفاصيل الموقف "السابق" (أين, متى, كيف). عندما يمر الوقت, الشخص يستطيع استرجاع بعض التفاصيل المشوّشة في الحادثة الجديدة ولكن من المستحيل استرجاع تفاصيل الحالة الأولى (والتي كانت في بالهم عندما كانوا في الحادثة الجديده)

هذا عادة ما يكون بسبب تشابك في الأعصاب المسؤولة عن الذاكرة قصيرة المدى والذاكرة طويلة المدى. الأحداث تتخزن في الذاكرة قبل أن تذهب إلى قسم الوعي في المخ البشري وتعالج هناك.
بعض العلماء حاول إيجاد رابط بين ظاهرة (دَيْ چاڤو) وبين بعض الأمراض النفسية كانفصام الشخصية والقلق ولكنهم فشلوا. ليس هناك أي علاقة بين هذه الظاهرة وبين هذه الأمراض. العلاقة الأقوى وُجِدَت بين (دَيْ چاڤو) و مرض صرع الفص الصدغي في المخ. وهذه العلاقة قادت بعض العلماء للتأكيد بأن هذه الظاهرة هي نتاج لخلل في عملية تفريغ الشحنات الكهربائية في المخ. الكثير من الناس يشعر ب"رعشة" سريعة في بعض الحالات (قبيل النوم بلحظات), وهذه الرعشة يرجّح بأنها تحدث أثناء الـ(دَيْ چاڤو) مما تسبب شعور خاطئ في الذاكرة. الذين يشعرون بهذه الرعشات على الدوام, يعانون من تكرار حالة (دَيْ چاڤو) ولكن أغلبها يكون صوتي, حيث يُخيّل له بأنه سمع هذا الصوت من قبل.

الا انها تظل الى الان غير معروف سببها علميا...

الدرس الأول في تعلم اللغة الفرنسية ( الأبجدية الفرنسية )

كثيراً منا يواجه مشكلة في تعلم اللغة الفرنسية ولا يملك الوقت لأخذ كورس في اللغة الفرنسية أو لا يملك الإمكانيات المادية التي تساعده علي أخذ كورس في اللغة الفرنسية .

هنا سوف نحاول تعلم الفرنسية بسهولة ويسر وشرح مبسط يمكنا من احتواء اللغة بقدر المستطاع .

لا يوجد شيء صعب في الحياة ولكن نحتاج للتركيز لفهم واحتواء هذه اللغة .

من المهم في أي لغة تعلم نطق هذه اللغة فان تعلمت النطق فأنت قطعت نصف الطريق علي نفسك وتعلم اللغة بدون نطق مثل ملأ كوب ماء مثقوب فلن نستفيد بالماء .

اللغة الفرنسية لغة بسيطة وسهله وفي نفس الوقت هامه جداً وكثيراً منا سوف يحتاجها في حياته العملية .

نبدأ بالدرس الأول وهو الأبجدية الفرنسية وتعلم نطقها :

A : آ  ينطق ألف ممدودة أي نفتح فمنا بقدر المستطاع .

B  : بيه نغلق فمنا في نطق حرف الباء .

C: سيه هنا في النطق ننطق الهاء ه  وليست ة لنحقق النطق الصحيح .

D: ديه.

E: أوو هنا نغلق فمنا بقدر المستطاع لنطقها بطريقه صحيحة لتنطق أوو .

F: أف.

G: جيه تنطق ج جيم وليسه ج متعطشة .

H: اش.

I: اي تنطق مثل e بالانجليزية .

J: جيه في ملحظة ان J مثل G هنا نطق J بجيم متعطشة .

K: كا.

L: ينطق مثل الانجليزية مع ملاحظة عند النطق لزق اللسان في حلق الفم .

M: ام.

N: إن.

O:أو مثل الانجليزية.

P: بيه تنطق الباء مكسورة.

Q: كي.

R: اغ او اخ او ار .

S: اس.

T: تيه.

U: إيه.

V: فيه ينطق الفاء v.

W: دوبليفي.

عدد الحروف في الفرنسية مثل الانجليزية

مقارنة بسيطه بين جمهورية مصر العربية والمملكه العربية السعودية.....

ولا اي فرق !!!

عادات وتقاليد شعب تختلف اختلاف بسيط عن عادات وتقاليد الشعب الاخر...

في مصر ترابط زائد نتيجة كثرة التعاملات والاحتكاكات بين المواطنين..
في السعوديه ترابط بسيط نتيجة وجود مساحات شاسعه من المملكه صحراويه...

في مصر-وتحديداً- رمضان تتجمع العائله كلها....
في السعوديه تتجمع العائله....ولكن القرابه درجه اولى فقط (الاخ- الاخت وزوجها-العم-....)...

في دفء لاحظته أنا كمواطن مصري في العيد.....
يختلف الوضع تماما في المملكه....فقلما تجد ذلك الدفء !!

أنا مهما تحدثت لايضاهي ما قلته احساس التجربه !!

فلابد ان تجرب أنت ذلك الاحساس ان سنحت لك الفرصه مثلي ...

Feasibility study comprises the following steps

 Information assessment 

Identifies information about whether the system helps in achieving the objectives of the organization. It also verifies that the system can be implemented using new technology and within the budget, and whether the system can be integrated with the existing system

Information collection

Specifies the sources from where information about software can be obtained. Generally, these sources include users, and the software development team

 Report writing

 Uses a feasibility report, which is the conclusion of the feasibility by the software development team. In includes the recommendation whether the software development should continue or not

feasibility factors

 feasibility factors :

1-  Real Estate Feasibility :

  what kind of land or property will be required to undertake the project? What is the market like? What are the zoning laws? How will the business impact the area?

2- Comprehensive Feasibility :

  this takes a look at the various aspects involved in the project - marketing, real estate, cultural, economic, etc. When undertaking a new business venture, this is the most common type of feasibility study performed.

3-  Legal/Ethical Feasibility :

what are the legal implications of the project? What sort of ethical considerations are there? You need to make sure that any project undertaken will meet all legal and ethical requirements before the project is on the table.

4-  Resource Feasibility :

do you have enough resources, what resources will be required, what facilities will be required for the project, etc.

This involves questions such as how much time is available to build the new system, when it can be built, whether it interferes with normal business operations, type and amount of resources required, dependencies,

5-  Cultural Feasibility :

what will the impact on both local and general cultures be? What sort of environmental implications does the feasibility study have?

In this stage, the project's alternatives are evaluated for their impact on the local and general culture. For example, environmental factors need to be considered and these factors are to be well known. Further an enterprise's own culture can clash with the results of the project.

6-  Marketing Feasibility :

will anyone want the product once its done? What is the target demographic? Should there be a test run? Is there enough buzz that can be created for the product?

Market feasibility marketing research studies involve collecting information about a potential market that can be used in deciding how a product or service should be designed, delivered, priced, and marketed. Market Street Research uses a variety of tools to assess market feasibility ranging from collecting and analyzing secondary data to conducting primary research such as focus groups, telephone surveys and other methodologies.

Types of Feasibility Studies

There are many different types of feasibility studies:

1- Technical Feasibility :

does the company have the technological resources to undertake the project? Are the processes and procedures conducive to project success?.

Technical Feasibility assesses the current resources and technology, which are required to accomplish user requirement in the software within the allocated time and For this, the software development team ascertains whether the current resources and technology can be upgraded or added in the software to accomplish specified user requirements.

 Technical feasibility performs the following tasks:-

 It analyses the technical and capabilities of the software development team members.

It determines whether the relevant technology is stable and established.

It ascertains that the technology chosen for software development has large number of user so that they can be consulted when problems arise, or when improvements are required.

2- Schedule Feasibility :

does the company currently have the time resources to undertake the project? Is the project completable in the available time?

Schedule feasibility is defined as the likelihood of a project being completed within its scheduled time frame. If the project has a high likelihood of completion by the desired due date, then schedule feasibility is considered to be high.

3- Economic Feasibility :

given the financial resources of the company, is the project something that can be completed? The economic feasibility study is more commonly called the coast benefits analysis .

Cost/Benefit Analysis :

  This is the standard chart we made in grade school to help us clarify difficult decisions. You start with the decision that has to be made. Underneath it you begin listing the various costs involved in each choice. Once each choice has costs listed, then you list the benefits from making each choice. Analyze each section and make a decision based upon the choice with the least cost or the greatest benefit.

There are many other methods for decision-making when it comes to business choices. The importance of project management in terms of decision making lies in the fact that carefully managed projects will have most decisions already made.

5-  Operational Feasibility :

this measures how well your company will be able to solve problems and take advantage of opportunities that are presented during the course of the project .

Operational feasibility assesses the extent to which the required software performs a series of steps to solve business problems and user requirements. This feasibility is dependent on human resource and involves visualizing whether or not the software will operate after it is developed, and be operated once it is installed.

 It also performs the following tasks:

Economic feasibility determines whether the required software is capable of generating financial gains for an organization. It involves the cost incurred on the software development team, estimated cost of hardware and software, cost of performing feasibility study, and so on. For this, it is essential to consider expenses made on purchases and activities required to carry out software development. In addition it is necessary to consider the benefits that can be achieved by developing the software.

Cost incurred on software development to produce long-term gains for an organization.

Cost required to conduct full software investigation.

Cost of hardware, software, development team and training.

7_ إبراهيم الخليل (أبو الانبياء)
عاش 200. ولد بعد الطوفان بـ 1263 سنة. دفن في الخليل (فلسطين). وفيها قبر زوجته الأولى سارة

8_ إسماعيل
عاش 137 سنة. دفن بجوار والدته (هاجر) في مكة

9_ إسحاق
عاش 180سنه ودفن مع أبيه إبراهيم في الخليل (فلسطين)

10_ يعقوب (إسرائيل)
عاش 147سنه توفي في مصر. وتنفيذا لوصيته نقله ابنه يوسف إلى الخليل (فلسطين)

11_ يوسف (الصديق)
عاش 110 سنوات. مات في مصر. نقله إخوته تنفيذا لوصيته ودفن في نابلس (فلسطين)

12_ شعيب (نبي الله)
لم تذكر الكتب المدة التي عاشها. ضريحه في حطين القريبة من طبرية (فلسطين).

13_أيوب (الصابر)
عاش 93 سنة. دفن بجوار زوجته بقريه الشيخ سعد القريبة من دمشق

14_ ذو الكفل (بشر)
لم تذكر الكتب المدة التي عاشها. ولد في مصر. توفي في سيناء أيام التيه. قيل دفن بجوار والده في أرض الشام

15_ يونس
لم تذكر الكتب المدة التي عاشها. لم يرد أي خبر عن قبره

16_ موسى (كليم الله)
عاش 120 سنة. توفي في سيناء ودفن هناك.

17_ هارون
عاش 122 سنة. توفي في سيناء ودفن هناك

18_ الياس
لم تذكر الكتب المدة التي عاشها. ذكر أنه ولد بعد دخول بني اسرائيل فلسطين. قيل قبره في بعلبك (لبنان).

19_ إليسع (إليشع)
لم تذكر الكتب المدة التي عاشها. ولا المكان الذي اتجه اليه بعد عصيان قومه في بانياس (أرض الشام)

20_ داود
عاش 100 سنة. ذكر ان ملكه دام 40 سنة.

21_ سليمان
عاش 52 سنة. ورث ملك أبيه وعمره 12 سنة ودام ملكه 40 سنة

22_ زكريا
عاش 150 سنة. نشر بالمنشار على يد من ذبحوا ابنه يحيى.

23_ يحيى
لم تذكر الكتب المدة التي عاشها. ولد في السنة التي ولد فيها المسيح. ذبح وهو في المحراب تنفيذا لرغبة امراة فاجرة من قبل ملك ظالم. ذكر أن رأسه مدفون في الجامع الاموي (دمشق).

24_ المسيح (عيسى بن مريم)
عاش على الأرض 33 سنة. رفعه الله بعد بعثته بثلاث سنوات. ذكر أن والدته مريم عاشت بعده 6 سنوات. توفيت ولها من العمر 53 سنة.

25_ محمد (رسول الله)
ولد في مكة سنه 570. توفي وهو في الثالثة والستين من عمره. دفن في بيت عائشة (المسجد النبوي).

Feasibility is a practical extent to which a project can be performed successfully. To evaluate feasibility, a feasibility study is performed, which determines whether the solution considered to accomplish the requirements is practical and workable in the software or not. Such information as resource availability, cost estimate for software development, benefits of the software to organization, and cost to be incurred on its maintenance are considered. The objective of the feasibility study is to establish the reasons for developing a software that is acceptable to users, adaptable to change, and comfortable to equalized standards

A feasibility study is performed by a company when they want to know whether a project is possible given certain circumstances. Feasibility studies are undertaken under many circumstances - to find out whether a company has enough money for a project, to find out whether the product being created will sell, or to see if there are enough human resources for the project

 A good feasibility study will show the strengths and deficits before the project is planned or budgeted for. By doing the research beforehand, companies can save money and resources in the long run by avoiding projects that are not feasible
